Cancellation & Refunds

• Clients may cancel appointments by contacting us at the provided phone numbers at least 6 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6-Hour Prior Notice Requirement

To allow other clients awaiting legal intake to access chamber consultation slots, notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be given at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled consultation timing.

• Refunds for cancelled appointments may be issued at the discretion of Ghatte Lawyer.
• Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the cancellation request.

When an eligible refund is approved, funds will be returned via the original method of payment (direct bank transfer, UPI, or card refund via our payment gateway).

• The booking fee for appointments is Rs 500.
• Payment can be made online or paid at the time of the appointment.
• For appointments booked in advance, a partial advance payment is required.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising from payments or appointments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
